You're part of the safety net — even if nobody told you.
OBs, midwives, doulas, pediatricians, therapists, lactation consultants, PCPs — every one of you touches a mother's life at a moment that matters. Here's how we build the net together.
Maternal Mental Health Collective: Greater Houston Gathering
A monthly, cross-disciplinary gathering of the people who care for perinatal families — therapists, OBs, midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, pelvic floor PTs, and PCPs. We meet the first Thursday of every month to build what isolated providers can't build alone: real relationships, real referral pathways, and real warm handoffs.
First Thursday of every month · 10:00–11:30 AM

Clinical Providers and Village Partners welcome
"Being in a safe space as a provider to learn and create connection with others is such an incredible opportunity. The session was informative and really helpful!"
Abigail Kelley · Collective Member
"A highly valuable group, and I'm so excited to be a part of it! The first meeting was so powerful."
Training and ongoing consultation for clinical teams, group practices, agencies, schools, and provider networks — grounded in 20+ years of clinical work and built for the realities of your setting.
Training
Not Just Baby Blues
After this training, your team can tell what's normal from what's not, ask the questions that surface real distress, and refer without losing the mother in the gap — with an equity lens that reaches the families the system misses most.

The Missing Piece
Your providers leave knowing how to make screening lead somewhere: warm handoffs that actually connect, referral pathways that close the loop, and a network mindset that ends the silo problem in your own halls.
Clinical Team Training
DBT Skills for Child & Adolescent Emotional Dysregulation
Your clinicians walk in Monday with DBT tools that work in session — mindfulness, emotion regulation, and felt-safety strategies sized for kids and teens with intense emotions. DBT-C informed, and built to strengthen the frameworks your team already uses, not replace them. For agencies, group practices, and treatment programs.

Built for Your Team
Every training is customized to your setting, population, and clinicians' experience levels — from a half-day workshop to a multi-day retreat, with optional ongoing group consultation so new skills actually take root. Pre- and post-training measures included. Tell me what your team needs; I'll build the training around it.
When perinatal mental health professionals in Houston need to refer someone they care about, CPFH is the call they make.
"I feel very fortunate to have this organization in our city. It is my go-to resource for our clients. I appreciate the sliding scale option as well, as it allows service to a broader clientele in need."
Gabriela Gerhart · Founder & Director, The Motherhood Center Houston
"Such an amazing resource for Houston — compassionate, skilled therapists for mental health issues that arise during the perinatal period."
"I have referred to The Center for Postpartum Family Health for many years. They are caring, compassionate and have been extremely helpful with every case I have sent their way. Their ethics are impeccable."
Robert B. Andrews, M.A., LMFT · Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
"I have served the Houston area for over 23 years as a labor doula and childbirth educator. CPFH is always my first referral for anyone experiencing prenatal or postpartum mental health challenges. They are a priceless resource for the families in our community."
When you identify a mother or family who needs specialized care, you shouldn't have to hand them a list and hope. Both of Dr. Pasqua's practices prioritize availability — new patients are typically seen within days, not months.

Let's close the gap together.
Join the Collective, bring a training to your team, or just introduce yourself — the village gets built one relationship at a time.
I also work privately with a small number of practice owners — asynchronous coaching over Voxer, either as a 90-day container or a one-week strategy intensive. It's application-only, and I personally review every practice assessment before we begin. If that's you, start here.
