We move through a simple arc: Assess — I personally review your Practice Reality assessment to identify gaps and opportunities. Plan — we work your decision over Voxer all week. Review — you get a written, customized action plan by Friday, with a follow-up check-in 30 days later.

About
Why me.
I'm a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. I direct the Center for Postpartum & Family Health, founded Connections Child & Family Center, and built the Maternal Mental Health Collective: Greater Houston Gathering — a cross-disciplinary network of providers. I've made the hires, restructured the pay, survived the turnover, and built the leadership team that lets me step back. That's the experience you're borrowing.
